Design Proof Approval Terms
It is the client’s responsibility to review the PDF proof thoroughly and provide written approval within 24 hours of receipt to maintain the agreed production schedule. Once the proof is approved by the client, it will be sent directly to production as presented. The seller is not liable for any errors, omissions, or discrepancies (including but not limited to spelling, layout, or color choices) identified after approval. Clients are strongly advised to review all text, design elements, and color selections carefully. It is recommended to zoom in and inspect the proof at full resolution.
Proof Details
Page 1: Final scarf design layout. Page 2: Solid color representation for the reverse side of the scarf. Should the client wish to select an alternative color for the reverse side, this must be communicated during the proofing stage. It is generally recommended to opt for a lighter shade from the design palette to preserve clarity and prevent color distortion on the printed side.
