TERMS AND CONDITIONS
DESIGN PROOF APPROVAL TERMS
The client will receive a 2-page PDF proof. It is the client’s responsibility to review the PDF proof thoroughly and provide written approval within 24 hours of receipt to maintain the agreed production schedule. Once the proof is approved by the client, it will be sent directly to production as presented. The seller is not liable for any errors, omissions, or discrepancies (including but not limited to spelling, layout, or color choices) identified after approval. Clients are strongly advised to review all text, design elements, and color selections carefully on both sides. It is recommended to zoom in and inspect the proof at full resolution.
Approval of the proof signifies acceptance of all design elements and the terms outlined above.
USAGE DISCLAIMER
All design drafts, concepts, and proofs provided during the design process are for review and approval purposes only. These materials are not licensed for reproduction, duplication, distribution, or use in any form.

All draft designs remain the intellectual property of Convivio Studio and are provided with a watermark to prevent unauthorized use. Clients purchase and receive rights to one final approved design per order, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Only the final, approved design will be produced. Any alternative concepts, preliminary drafts, or unused design options presented during the design process may not be reproduced, shared, modified, or used in any capacity.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of draft designs, including removing watermarks or using concepts outside of the agreed final design, is strictly prohibited.​
ATTRIBUTION AND CREDIT
Convivio Studio retains the right to be credited for all custom scarf designs created for clients, brands, events, or collaborations.

In the event that scarves designed by Convivio Studio are featured in social media posts, press coverage, editorial features, publications, or digital content, appropriate credit must be given to Convivio Studio.
​
Where applicable, credit should include tagging @conviviostudio on social platforms and/or listing “Scarves by Convivio Studio” in written or published materials.
​
Proper attribution ensures transparency and acknowledges the creative work involved in each custom design.
