We are pleased to offer free international shipping on all orders.

Shipping timelines vary based on destination and order details. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout and include production and transit time unless otherwise stated. Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.
Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs clearance, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase.

Any applicable duties or tariffs are included for U.S. orders unless otherwise stated. For all other international destinations, customs policies may vary by country.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
Return & Exchange Policy
All items are custom made to order and produced specifically for each customer. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has entered production or has been completed.
Prior to production, customers are provided with design and print proofs for review and approval. This process ensures that all design elements, colors, and details are reviewed and approved before printing.
Once final approval is given and production begins, the order is considered final and non-refundable. We are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after this stage, including for changes of mind or minor variations that were visible in the approved proof.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs before providing approval. Approval confirms acceptance of the design as presented.

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can review the issue.
