Timelines are based on receiving customer feedback and approvals within 48 hours. Delays in responding to design edits, revisions, or approvals will result in an adjusted delivery timeline. Repeated or extensive revisions may also impact delivery timelines.

Your scarves may arrive with light creasing from packaging. We recommend ironing on low heat only, preferably with a clean towel or cloth placed between the iron and the scarf to protect the fabric. Avoid high heat, steam, or direct contact, as this may damage the material. Our scarves should not be machine washed or machine dried. To maintain their quality and finish, we recommend gentle hand washing in cold water and laying flat or hanging to air dry.

All design drafts, concepts, and proofs provided during the design process are for review and approval purposes only. These materials are not licensed for reproduction, duplication, distribution, or use in any form. ​ All draft designs remain the intellectual property of Convivio Studio and are provided with a watermark to prevent unauthorized use. Clients purchase and receive rights to one final approved design per order, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Only the final, approved design will be produced. Any alternative concepts, preliminary drafts, or unused design options presented during the design process may not be reproduced, shared, modified, or used in any capacity. ​ Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of draft designs, including removing watermarks or using concepts outside of the agreed final design, is strictly prohibited. ​ Approval of the proof signifies acceptance of all design elements and the terms outlined above.
