Customisation process

Purchase the design. Each individual order includes one custom design. Alternates of the design, including a color variant, need to be a new order.
For your customisation please let me know: 5-10 icons you’d like included (for reference images, if applicable) Any text you’d like (e.g., date, last name, location, initials) Your preferred colours (Primary & Secondary)
A draft proof will be sent to you for review via the email provided
Once finalised, you will be provided with a high-resolution digital PDF proof file, ready for printing, for your approval
Once approved, your design will be sent to the printer

All timelines are estimates and begin once the first design proof is sent, as orders are processed in the order they are received and may be queued ahead of yours. Timelines are based on receiving customer feedback and approvals within 48 hours. Delays in responding to design edits, revisions, or approvals will result in an adjusted delivery timeline. Repeated or extensive revisions may also impact delivery timelines.
Our imitation scarves feature a silky-smooth, silk-like texture with a refined semi-matte finish for an elegant, fluid shine. Made from 100% polyester, they provide a luxurious appearance at a more accessible price point, making them a practical and cost-effective choice for large events. 100% silk options are also available upon request. Your scarves may arrive with light creasing from packaging. We recommend ironing on low heat only, preferably with a clean towel or cloth placed between the iron and the scarf to protect the fabric. Avoid high heat, steam, or direct contact, as this may damage the material.
Our scarves should not be machine washed or machine dried. To maintain their quality and finish, we recommend gentle hand washing in cold water and laying flat or hanging to air dry.
